We begin with a 60-minute consultation reviewing symptoms, health history, and lifestyle factors. Extensive lab testing is performed to assess:

  • Total and free testosterone

  • SHGB

  • Estradiol

  • CBC

  • Metabolic markers

  • Thyroid function if indicated

2. Personalized Treatment Plan

If clinically appropriate, TRT may include:

  • Injectable Testosterone

  • Topical Formulations

  • Adjunctive therapies when indicated

3. Ongoing Monitoring

Patient safety and optimization are priorities. Follow-up labs and visits are included to monitor:

  • Hormone levels

  • Hemaglobin and Hematocrit

  • System response

    We adjust treatment to maintain physiological balance — not supraphysiologic dosing.

$1500 for 6 months

Includes a 60-minute initial consultation with Katy Kearns, FNP-BC, lab testing as needed, and TRT prescribing when appropriate. Also includes 30-minute follow-ups at 3 and 6 months with follow-up labs, plus secure portal access for questions between visits.


MD Guided Care

$2000 for 6 months

Includes a 60-minute initial consultation with Dr. Tobin Dennis, lab testing as needed, and TRT prescribing when appropriate. Also includes 30-minute follow-ups at 3 and 6 months with follow-up labs, plus secure portal access for questions between visits.
