Tobin Dennis, MD
Tobin Dennis brings a wealth of expertise and compassion to his longevity medicine practice, drawing from a diverse medical career and a lifelong commitment to health and wellness.
Born and raised in the town of Jackson, Wyoming, Dr. Dennis developed a deep appreciation for the natural world and an active lifestyle, which continues to inspire his approach to medicine. He pursued his medical education at the prestigious University of Washington, where he cultivated a passion for understanding the intricacies of human health.
After completing medical school, Dr. Dennis specialized in Emergency Medicine, thriving in the fast-paced and high-stakes environment of hospital care. His years in emergency medicine provided him with a profound understanding of acute medical conditions and the importance of proactive, preventative care. Recognizing the growing potential of personalized health strategies to enhance long-term well-being, Dr. Dennis transitioned to focus on longevity medicine—a field dedicated to optimizing health and vitality throughout life.
Dr. Dennis believes in an evidence-based approach, combining advanced diagnostics, tailored interventions, and lifestyle strategies to help his patients thrive. As a father of two, he understands the importance of balancing health, family, and personal growth, and he brings this perspective to his patient care.
Outside the office, Dr. Dennis stays active through his favorite hobbies: biking and skiing. Whether navigating trails on two wheels or carving fresh powder on the slopes, he embraces the same zest for life that he encourages in his patients.

PROVIDER
Katy Kearns, DNP
Katy Kearns is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has called Jackson home for the last 4 years. She grew up in a military family, which moved around frequently, and is from a little bit of everywhere. After completing a Bachelor's degree at Texas A&M University in Biomedical Sciences, she decided to pursue a career in nursing; she returned to school, earning her BSN from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. She spent the first few years of her professional career as a registered nurse in critical care in Houston, Texas.
After getting married to her husband, Jeff, they made the move to Jackson to be closer to some of Katy's Family, and fell in love with the mountain lifestyle, the outdoors and this amazing community. While employed locally as an ER nurse, she worked on her Master's of Science in Nursing from Purdue Global University. After graduating, she has transitioned to Urgent Care as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her favorite things to do include traveling, baking, reading, and doing anything outside: hiking, mountain biking, skiing, scuba diving, and paddle boarding.
As a part of Grand Health, Katy's priority at the clinic is to take time to appreciate her patients as individuals and have open conversations that allow them to make informed decisions about their health goals. Her personal philosophy as a provider is helping patients find a balance between healthy lifestyle choices while still being able to do the things that make life worth living. A personal and professional passion is providing equitable care to women in all stages of life.
PHYSICAL THERAPY
Dr. Lexie MacPhie, PT, DPT, OCS
Lexie received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Washington and her B.A. from Whitman College. She became a Certified Manual Physical Therapist (CMPT) through NAIOMT in 2018 and earned her ABPTS Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification in 2020 to elevate her practice and is committed to staying at the forefront of her profession. She was the team lead for a multidisciplinary outpatient clinic prior to founding Mountain Physio & Wellness, a cash-based, mobile concierge physical therapy practice in Jackson, Wyoming, which delivers a unique wellness experience to mountain enthusiasts.
Lexie currently serves on the Wyoming Board of Physical Therapy and is associated faculty with Tufts DPT-Phoenix and Tufts DPT-Seattle cohorts. She is also a RYT-200 certified yoga instructor, a USSA-200 certified alpine ski racing coach, and enjoys volunteering on the Teton County Search & Rescue team. Her mission is to keep people moving and pursuing adventures in the mountains.
NUTRITIONAL HEALTH
Tory Collins, RD
Tory is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor with expertise in sports nutrition, disordered eating, binge eating, and intuitive eating. She embraces an anti-diet approach, helping individuals develop a healthy, sustainable relationship with food and movement.
Tory takes a holistic and compassionate approach in her practice, working with clients to create sustainable behavior changes that enhance mental, physical, and emotional well-being. She empowers her clients to rebuild trust in their bodies, develop skills to prepare balanced, nourishing meals, and address emotional eating with practical tools and self-compassion. Tory also provides guidance for navigating tricky food situations, such as traveling, eating out, or social events, so her clients can feel confident in any setting. Whether it’s helping athletes fuel their performance or supporting someone on their intuitive eating journey, Tory’s goal is to inspire lasting change and a renewed sense of confidence in food and self.

Scott Smith
Scott is a passionate health coach and personal trainer dedicated to helping individuals achieve vibrant health and lasting vitality. He works closely with clients to build personalized fitness programs that not only enhance strength and endurance but also sustainable habits, stress management, and recovery practices to improve mental clarity and resilience. Committed to fostering long-term transformation, Scott believes that true health is a balance of physical vitality and mental strength.

RECEPTION AND EQUIPMENT MANAGER
Holly Dennis
Holly brings a ‘let’s get this done, but with some fun’ attitude to Grand Health. Holly grew up in Florida where she played collegiate tennis and spent every free moment exploring the St. John’s river. Holly has been a veterinary technician for over 20 years first specializing in emergency and critical care, and then canine rehabilitation with a focus on neurological patients. She continues to enjoy working in veterinary medicine part-time in Wilson.
Holly discovered her passion of helping others reach their fitness goals after having her children. Holly has completed a variety of certifications in group fitness, personal training, and bone densitometry. She is excited to be part of the healthcare team to help cheer on and encourage patients to continue their journey into health optimization.
