VO2 MAX

A VO2 max test measures how much oxygen a person can consume while exercising, and is considered the gold standard for assessing cardiovascular fitness.

RESTING METABOLIC RATE (RMR)

RMR testing measures the number of calories your body burns while at rest, which is the amount of energy your body needs to maintain basic bodily functions. Your RMR can be used to plan weight loss, weight gain, or weight maintenance goals.

DEXA SCANNING

A DEXA scan, or dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry scan, is a low-dose X-ray that measures bone density, and total body composition as it relates to muscle and tissue mass. This is the leading technology in assessing and monitoring conditions such as osteoporosis and body composition.
