Despite nearly double the per-capita healthcare spending of other high-income nations, the United States ranks poorly in health outcomes, maternal mortality, and life expectancy—particularly for women. Chronic conditions such as osteoporosis and Alzheimer’s disproportionately affect women, yet our healthcare system remains focused on detection and treatment rather than prevention. This presentation challenges the current model, emphasizing evidence-based lifestyle medicine and a shift from aesthetics to strength. Attendees will explore the four pillars of exercise, the importance of good nutrition, debunk some medical myths around women's health  and learn how building a durable, resilient body is essential not just for survival, but in order to thrive.
