Come do a free workout focused on weight training for women! Sign up to reserve your spot for this free event at our gym. No eqiupment necessary. Some experience with weight lifting recommended. If you are unable to attend, as a courtesy please remove your name to allow someone else to take your spot, or call us at 307-200-7015 or email at info@mygrandhealth.com. Please note we can only accomodate 6 ladies per session. Recurs every last thursday of the month at 5-6 pm.
